Elopement Package
This package offers you and your fiancé the opportunity to avoid all the stress and anxiety associated with planning a traditional wedding. Let Hawk Valley Retreat and Cottages make your day beautiful and affordable.
This package price includes the following:
-Officiant
-2 – tiered wedding cake
-Bouquet & Boutonniere*
-Flash drive of photos taken by us
Cottage or Room booking is additional to this package.
If you are looking to invite additional guests, please review our other offers as this package is only available for the bride and groom.
If you prefer more professional pictures, you may bring your own photographer or we can suggest one. Alcohol cannot be provided by Hawk Valley Retreat as we do not have a liquor license to serve.

$900 plus taxes for the couple. If you stay with us, we will give you a $100 credit towards your lodging. $400.00 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. Balance is 14 days prior to the event. For additional information, booking, or questions, please contact us.
Elopement Package Plus Four
While an elopement is often only for the Couple, sometimes others want to come and celebrate the occasion, especially parents. This package offers the intimacy of an elopement with the ability to include up to four additional people to attend the ceremony be it either friends or family.
This package price includes the following:
-Officiant
-2 – tiered wedding cake
-Bouquet & Boutonniere*
-Up to 4 additional guests
-Flash drive of photos taken by us
-Use of the barn facility for your guests for two hours before and after the wedding
-Limited use of the property for the wedding**
Cottage or Room rental is additional to this package.

**Guests not staying on the property are restricted to the barn and outside spaces. Sorry, guests not staying on the property are not allowed access to the main house or common spaces.
$1100 plus taxes for the couple and up to 4 guests. If you stay with us, we will offer you a $100 lodging credit. A $500.00 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. Balance is 14 days prior to the event. For additional information, booking, or questions, please contact us.
Micro-Wedding Venue
Wanting to plan something slightly larger than an elopement but less than a full-scale wedding? Our micro-wedding package is perfect for parties of up to 12 people and can add additional guests up to 20 in total. Let Hawk Valley Retreat be your choice.
This package price includes the following:
-Officiant
-2 – tiered wedding cake
-Bouquet & Boutonniere*
-Flash drive of photos taken by us
-Use of the barn facility for outside guests for one hour before and after the wedding.
-Catered receptions for groups over 10 are available. Ask us for options.
-Limited use of the property for the wedding**
Cottage or Room rental is additional to this package. but if you stay with us we will offer you a $100 lodging credit.

$2,400 plus taxes for the couple and up to 10 guests. Additional guests are $25 per person up to 20 guests.

Ultimate Wedding Venue
Planning a small Galena Barn Wedding or wanting to renew your vows? Rent the entire property for the event.
This package price includes the following:
· Total booking of the entire property, all 7 rooms (4 cottages and 3 rooms in the house – 14 people maximum), for two nights so no other guests are present even if you are unable to fill all the rooms and cottages*
· A full breakfast each morning served in the barn for guests staying on the property
· Officiant
· 2-tiered wedding cake sized to the event
· Bouquet & Boutonniere*
· The entire use of the grounds and the barn for the wedding ceremony, reception, and rehearsal dinner. All catering is done by Hawk Valley, no outside catering is allowed.
$5,900 plus taxes for the group of up to 14. Additional guests at the wedding and/or rehearsal dinner are an additional $25 per person, with a total maximum guest count at the wedding of 40. A $2,500.00 non-refundable deposit and a $500 refundable damage deposit are required at the time of booking. Balance due 30 days prior to the event.
Want to make it a three-day event? For each additional full property night rental please add $1250.00 for up to 14 guests. Hotel/Motel tax included & subject to availability.
If you choose, you may bring your own professional photographer or we can suggest one.
