March 13
Galena St. Pat’s Pub Crawl – 5:30pm to 11pm.
Enjoy themed drink specials and a high-energy atmosphere as you visit establishments throughout downtown. Includes giveaways, a commemorative cup, photo challenges, and even a 50/50 raffle. Hosted by Miss Kitty’s Grape Escape, $25 – register here.

March 14
Kids Mini Shimmy Dash – 11am.
Youngsters can participate in a fun run without registration. Simply show up and join in the excitement!

Adult Beer Can Chase – 11:15am.
A short-distance, fun-run event tailored for adults. Come watch the lighthearted hilarity!

Shamrock Shimmy 5K – 11:30am.
The Shamrock Shimmy 5K is a festive race that winds through Galena. Participants are encouraged to wear creative green attire and come with plenty of enthusiasm. Begins near the Galena Elks Lodge.

Galena St. Patrick’s Day Parade – 2pm.
No Galena St. Patrick’s Day would be complete without the annual downtown parade along Main Street. This popular event features marching bands, floats, community groups, and plenty of Irish flair. Don’t forget to wear your green! The line-up starts at 1:30 pm by the Downtown Galena Post Office.
