• Open all year
• A two night minimum stay is required for all weekend reservations; a three night minimum may apply during certain holidays.  Please inquire for limited one night stays.
• Specials are available for off-season, multiple night, or midweek stays.
• Rates are based on single or double occupancy.
• All rates and packages are subject to applicable taxes.
• Gift certificates and packages are available.
• Cash, personal check, Visa, Discover and MasterCard are accepted.
• A reservation fee equal to one night’s lodging is required to secure your stay.
  This fee can be secured with a credit card or check.
• For all cancellations, a minimum $25 fee will be assessed. Cancellations less than 7 days in advance of reservation will be charged in full unless the room is re-booked for the reservation dates, in which case only the $25 fee will apply. For group reservations (3 or more rooms) cancellation must be received 30 days in advance.
• Check-in time is 3:00p.m. – 6:00p.m., or by prior arrangement.  Please call us at 888-777-6016 if you will arrive after 6:00p.m. so we can be available to personally greet you.
• Check-out time is 11:00a.m. Please check with us for a delayed check-out (pending availability)
• Children are welcome.
• We have a cat on the property.  Sorry, no other pets please.
• As a courtesy to all, smoking is limited to outside only.
